DPC Office Visits & Pellet Appointments

To reserve your appointment at Element Wellness, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for all DPC office visits and pellet appointments. This policy helps us protect appointment availability and respect our providers’ time, in addition to product sustainability.

Cancellations 24 Hours or More in Advance

Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellations With Less Than 24 Hours Notice

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your 50% deposit will remain on file and may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment within the following two weeks. If you do not reschedule and complete your appointment within that two-week period, a new 50% deposit will be required to book another appointment.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the remaining 50% of the service price will be charged to the card on file, in addition to the initial deposit.

Card on File Requirement

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment and process any applicable charges outlined in this policy.
